2010 U.S. News & World Report: International Education among “Programs to Look For” at UW

U.S. News & World Report has listed International Learning Communities and Study Abroad as “programs to look for” at UW-Madison.

International Learning Communities allow students to live in language-specific university housing. Approximately 2,000 UW-Madison students study abroad each year.

UW-Madison was ranked 39th in the “Best National Universities” category, tied with the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Among public universities, UW-Madison and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign were tied for ninth.
