Unless people have actually visited a Third World country such as Cameroon, they can’t possibly appreciate how primitive the health care is.

Nobody realizes that more than Emilie Ngo Nguidjol, a 42-year-old Cameroonian native and mother of three who moved to Madison 15 years ago.
